Snack Shack

Concessions Manager: Mike Saraf

The PAL Snack Shack is fully staffed by volunteers and is the league's largest source of funds, which are used to continually update the league's uniforms, equipment, and facility. We're proud of the quality and variety of snacks, meals, and treats that we are able to offer our families and guests.

Each week , teams will be specifically tasked with covering a particular week. Invites go out to the parents of the players on those teams, which invites them to sign up for a shift via Sign-up Genius for that week so that we can track coverage.  For KP Cup weekend, there are at least four teams tasked with coverage.  If someone has opted out, then they do not need to do anything.  If someone has paid the kitchen fee and wants to get it reimbursed, then they need to cover a shift.  There are shifts available during the week and on Saturdays.

If there are enough adults per shift, then the full kitchen will be open. If there are not enough adults per shift, then the main grill and fryolators will not be turned on.  For example, if only two adults volunteer for a shift, then the main grill/fryolators will not be utilized and the snack shack will offer a reduced menu consisting of drinks, slushies, candies, popcorn and/or pretzels. If you signed up, but your shift got cancelled because of rain, please reach out about covering a shift during a different week.
