Arrival: Players are to report to the hotel by 4:00 on Saturday 3/31/2018. Rooms will be provided for players if they need to fly in on Friday. 
 

Departing: Coaches will be departing Florida on Friday evening as the last possible game could be Friday at 1:00

Travel Arrangements: Each player will be responsible for his own transportation. They must notify coaches regarding arrival and departure times. For players not traveling with parents, transportation will be provided to and from the airport at designated times.

Cost: The cost per player is $750. This covers everything for the player except travel costs. We are required to pay Holiday Inn two weeks prior to arrival. Consequently, payment to the Dugout Club (make checks out to Spartan Dugout Club) will be due by March 7th, (Meet the team Night)

Each team will receive four games, weather permitting. Games will be played Tuesday, April 3rd – Friday, April 6th. The goal is for each team to play one game per day, weather permitting. A breakdown of how the 14 team bracket will play out is below.

-First round games played on Tuesday, April 3^rd.

-Teams will be seeded #1-14 after day one - -Win/Loss result of first round games will determine seeding.

-With 14 teams, we will have 7 winners and 7 losers after day one.

-The 7 winners will be seeded #1-7 based on runs allowed, then runs scored if needed.

-The 7 losers will be seeded #8-14 based on runs allowed, then runs scored if needed.

-Teams seeded #1-8 will advance to Championship Bracket -Championship Bracket will be a standard 8 team bracket with quarterfinals, semifinals and championship game.

-Championship Bracket is single elimination. Once a team is defeated, they will be placed in the Consolation Bracket.

-Teams seeded #9-14 will be placed in Consolation Bracket.
