A 2009 graduate of West Lincoln High School, Steven Huss went on to Catawba Valley Community College with former teammate Bradley Carpenter to play for Coach Frank Pait. After working hard throughout his freshman year, but seeing little playing time Steven came back home to have a good year for the Post 100 legion team.  However, Steven chose not to continue his baseball, but rather chose to his education and eventually begin a career.
