What To Bring:

• Please Bring a Tryout Fee $40.00
• Please arrive 30 minutes early to register.
• Bring a copy of the player's birth certificate
• Bring a North Texas region player medical release form
• Bring a copy of the Texas Titans Player Information form
• Bring a copy of the Texas Titans Waiver form 
• Cash or Check for initial club payment 

A deposit fee will be required when the team is made.
