Seattle Wrestling is currently in our offsseason

We will be back in October with our Folkstyle Program for ages 5 to 14. Check back as October approaches for information on registration, as well as our practice and tournament schedule. 

More Information About Practice

We practice in t-shirt and gym shorts. The only things you may need to buy are wrestling shoes and possibly ear protection. Ear protection is not required but is recommended. Shoes can be purchased at some local sports supply stores, or you can buy them online at websites such as

The Club has a limited supply of shoes that can be loaned out but we can’t guarantee the availability of the correct size. Ear protection is also available for loan or purchase.
