ABOUT TULSA ELITE
Developing Champions. Connecting Players to College Opportunities Since 2007.
Founded in the fall of 2007, Tulsa Elite Softball has grown into one of the Midwest’s premier fastpitch softball organizations.
Our mission is simple: develop outstanding young women, compete at the highest levels of the sport, and provide players with opportunities to achieve their dream of playing college softball.
Over the years, Tulsa Elite teams have earned national respect through consistent success on the field, proven player development, and a long-standing commitment to helping athletes reach the next level.
Since our founding, more than 400 Tulsa Elite players have continued their softball careers at colleges and universities across the country, including NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, and Junior College programs.

WHO WE ARE
Tulsa Elite is comprised of National and Regional teams serving athletes throughout Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and surrounding areas.
We provide opportunities for players ages 8U through 18U, following a long-term development model designed to prepare athletes for success in high school, college, and beyond.
Tulsa Elite operates through:

Each team operates under the Tulsa Elite name, standards, branding, guidance, and resources while maintaining responsibility for its own day-to-day operations.

ZERO ORGANIZATION FEES
Tulsa Elite charges absolutely ZERO Organization Fees.
Unlike many organizations, Tulsa Elite does not charge annual membership, franchise, facility, or organization fees.
Each team remains independently managed and keeps its own budget while benefiting from the experience, reputation, resources, purchasing opportunities, and support of the Tulsa Elite organization.

NATIONAL & REGIONAL TEAMS
Tulsa Elite provides opportunities through both National and Regional teams.
National Teams
National teams are designed for players prepared to compete in high-level events against strong competition from across the country.
Regional Teams
Regional teams provide competitive opportunities for players throughout Tulsa, Arkansas, Wichita, and other developing Tulsa Elite regions.
Regional teams may compete locally, regionally, and nationally depending on the age group, team goals, schedule, and coaching staff.

ONE TEAM PER BIRTH YEAR
Whenever possible, Tulsa Elite traditionally allows only one team per birth year, per region.
This structure is intended to:
- Maximize opportunities for players
- Reduce unnecessary duplication
- Strengthen team continuity
- Allow players and coaches to grow together
- Provide clearer development pathways
- Create stronger teams within each region
Team availability depends on coaching leadership, player needs, geography, and organizational approval.

Our development philosophy extends far beyond teaching softball fundamentals.

EVENTS, CAMPS & CLINICS
Through Tulsa Elite Sports, our organization hosts tournaments, prospect camps, clinics, tryouts, and other events that provide opportunities for athletes to compete, develop, and gain exposure.

JOIN TULSA ELITE
Tulsa Elite teams may add players during annual tryouts, individual workouts, or when specific roster needs arise.
Organization-wide tryouts are traditionally held after national tournaments in late July or early August.
Additional opportunities may become available throughout the year.
