The Blue Collar Football League (BCFL) is Back for Season 11!
The Blue Collar Football League (BCFL) is proud to return for its 11th season, carrying on the tradition of grassroots football built on grit, community, and passion for the game. We represent the true spirit of football—where players balance everyday life, work, and family, yet still give everything they’ve got on the field. Our name reflects that spirit of grit and determination—“blue collar” through and through.
We’re proud to be the longest-running league in the Midwest, and in 2026, we’re raising the stakes with a brand-new structure:
Two Tiers of Competition
-
True Blue Tier – Home of the Cincinnati Dukes, the first team announced.
-
Deep Red Tier – Anchored by the Dayton Oilers, our first Deep Red representative.
Two tiers, two champions—but who will claim the crowns in 2026?
BCFL League Structure
The BCFL is owner-driven. Team owners don’t just run their squads—they help shape the entire league.
-
Team Ownership
-
Each team is owned by an individual or investor group.
-
Owners control management, player decisions, and stadium operations.
-
-
League Governance
-
Guided by bylaws and owner-approved policies.
-
Big decisions—rule changes, structure, revenue sharing—are made collectively, with every owner having a voice.
-
This isn’t just football—it’s a league built by its members, for its members.
Ready to Join the Tradition?
The BCFL is now accepting applications for new teams in both tiers. If you’re ready to bring your vision, grit, and commitment to the field, this is your chance.
