CYBL has a NO REFUND Policy!
 

In the event of game cancellations and or forfeits due to no cause by CYBL - it's organizers & staff.  Refunds will not be honored.  

 

In the event CYBL has to close due to COVID or a Global Pandemic, fees paid to CYBL are NON-REFUNDABLE!

Any processing fees paid through Paypal, Venmo, or Square will not be refunded as those fees are paid directly to these companies to process CYBL's online payments.

 

CYBL reserves the right to consider any credit transfer requests.

 

Any credit tranfer requests that are granted will have the following fees applied based on the date when the request is received.

Prior to the registration deadline            $40 fee

After the mandatory skill evalution date  $50 fee

After the teams have been formed         $75 fee 

Once practice/season has begun, NO TRANSFER requests will be accepted.

 

Transfers will not be approved due to coach requests, player requests, practice dates and or times as these requests are never guaranteed.

 

Refunds or transfers will NOT be granted due to COVID.  COVID protocols will apply

 

Should a refund be granted due to extreme unforeseen circumstances* not included above a $100 administrative fee will be deducted per registration.  *Each circumstance is decided on a per case basis.
