Captains Notes
1. Bats must be tested and obtain sticker and they must have the USSSA stamp. 2. Players must be rostered on HTO and NSA, unless they are a picked up from another team. 3. Captains are responsible for scorecards prior to game start and plate conference. 4. Verify the umpire opens a new ball at the plate conference.
